1. Short Piles Installation: Recommended to use excavator downward pressure or small vibratory hammers for rapid driving, especially suitable for shorter piles.
2. Medium-to-Long Piles or Complex Ground Conditions: For longer piles and unfavorable geology, pile drivers are recommended. Standard pneumatic hammers or light vibrators may be used as alternatives to ensure secure driving.
3. Piles over 4 meters and harsh environments: To enhance efficiency, we recommend using custom steel sleeves during installation. These steel sleeves, designed to match the profile of the ecological sheet piles, effectively assist in penetrating hard soil layers and accelerate the installation process, with particularly noticeable benefits under extreme conditions.
