We are redefining the boundaries of efficiency in water conservancy and infrastructure using new materials. Our lightweight, high-strength plastic-steel sheet piles, built on polymer composite technology, integrate five key advantages—lightweight, high strength, durability, speed, and eco-friendliness—making them the go-to solution for river management and excavation shoring.
By utilizing high-density PVC alloy and fiber-reinforced processes, our sheet piles achieve a flexural strength of ≥60 MPa and a tensile strength of ≥40 MPa while weighing only 1/6 to 1/8 as much as steel sheet piles, truly delivering strength without sacrificing weight and lightweight performance without compromising strength.
In river management, we use them directly to construct vertical ecological bank protection. The C-T type interlocking joints fit tightly together, providing superior waterproofing and seepage prevention compared to traditional structures, effectively preventing soil erosion and slope collapse. We incorporate ecological openings into the sheet piles to allow aquatic plants to take root and provide habitats for fish and shrimp, restoring the river’s natural habitat and achieving “bank protection without isolating the ecosystem, and embankment stabilization that enhances natural beauty.”
In excavation shoring projects, we use small vibratory hammers for rapid installation, eliminating the need for heavy machinery, cofferdams, and minimizing land use. This significantly shortens construction timelines while reducing noise and vibration. The system adapts to complex geological conditions—including soft soil, sandy soil, and mixed fill—forming a continuous retaining and waterproof structure that ensures the safety and stability of the excavation.
Our field data shows that plastic-steel sheet piles have a service life exceeding 50 years. They are resistant to acids and alkalis, corrosion-proof, and rust-free, with virtually zero maintenance costs over their entire lifecycle. Being 100% recyclable and eco-friendly, they help projects achieve the four core values of “cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, durability, and ecological sustainability.”
Today, we are using lightweight, high-strength plastic-steel sheet piles to build robust ecological barriers for river management and provide efficient solutions for excavation shoring, empowering water conservancy and infrastructure projects to reach new heights of sustainability, safety, environmental friendliness, and cost-effectiveness.
